Job Overview

Conquest Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our client's team in the South East Suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-end furniture using solid timbers and veneers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret job sheets and drawings to produce high-quality furniture pieces.
  • Work with a range of timber species and materials to create unique and bespoke designs.
  • Assemble and manufacture furniture pieces, including tables, chairs, buffets, and other timber furniture items.
  • Operate various machinery and tools, including sawing machines, routing machines, and CNC sizing machines.
  • Perform polishing and oiling tasks to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Make accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise cutting and assembly.
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship in Carpentry or Cabinet Making.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
