Building Surveyor Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Building Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical advice to stakeholders, process building permit applications, and contribute to service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders on building surveying matters
• Process certified and uncertified building permit applications
• Contribute to ongoing service improvements and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

• Level 1, 2 or Technician Building Surveyor's Certificate of Qualification
• Experience in Local Government Building Surveying or the building industry
• Knowledge of technical assessment methods and building codes
