Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee complex engineering projects that drive real change in Australia's industrial landscape.

About the Role

As an Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of engineering projects - from concept to commissioning
  • Collaborating with clients to define scope, requirements, and success outcomes
  • Building and managing project timelines and budgets with precision
  • Driving the design, development, and delivery of high-performance control systems
  • Ensuring every project meets high standards - on time and on spec
  • Providing ongoing support and building long-term client relationships
  • Championing a strong HSEQ culture across all aspects of project delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in resource planning and project management
  • A track record of success in Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, or Heavy Industry
  • Strong client engagement and communication skills
  • Leadership that inspires teams and drives results
  • Hands-on expertise in PLC/SCADA system design, development, FAT and commissioning
