About the Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for a senior development professional to drive the delivery of large-scale master planned communities, consisting of residential land lots, retail town centres, and build-to-rent product. As Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development process, driving financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development process, including project feasibility, site acquisition, and entitlements;
  • Develop and implement business cases, investment strategies, and project plans;
  • Manage key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, and gain approvals at local and state levels;
  • Ensure project delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in residential project delivery, with proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Ability to build networks with local government authorities, councils, and the wider building industry;
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects autonomously;
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
