Cafe Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a cafe all-rounder role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Assist with stock inventory and ordering to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as required.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods without fatigue.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
This is a casual/temporary position with competitive hourly rates.
