As a Junior Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in our team, providing exceptional support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing communications, assisting with ATO processes, and facilitating client onboarding and offboarding.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving and processing physical mail, including sorting, scanning, and distribution
  • Coordinating with Client Service Coordinators or accounting team members to resolve queries related to outgoing physical mail
  • Preparing documentation, such as letters
  • Working closely with the Operations Team to facilitate correspondence and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assisting Offshore Team Administrators with document processing and follow-up activities
  • Verifying payment plans and debts through the ATO Portal to confirm documents are accurate and complete
  • Sending and following up on ATO forms and other documents as required
  • Reviewing and updating ATO debt reports, requesting payment arrangements when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records in practice management systems and external databases
  • Performing administrative tasks, including SharePoint maintenance and updating external systems
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a client services administration-based role
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
