Job Description

We are a financial institution dedicated to helping individuals achieve better financial stability. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Our team in Mount Pleasant is seeking an experienced professional to join their branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to establish a career in the finance industry or strike a good balance between work and personal life.

This role involves providing expert knowledge of our products and services. You will educate clients on the features, benefits, setup, and ongoing use of these products. Additionally, you will confidently manage and process personal and credit card lending as well as mortgage lending.

This is a full-time position with a 38 hour work week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate may also be required to work across any branch in the region.

  • Assist the Local Manager with business development and loan management.
  • Organise loan distribution and ensure accurate cheque issuance.
  • Train and coach staff.
  • Own the retention program for the mortgage book.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we require:

  • Lending experience and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Sound mathematical skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards (desired).
