About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities and lifestyle programs for our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven background in planning, conducting, and evaluating activity and diversional therapy programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and delivery of engaging activities and programs that promote clients' well-being and quality of life
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and professional development initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A current National Police Certificate
  • Full Covid vaccination evidence
  • Queensland Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
