The role of a Banquet Server involves providing exceptional service to guests at various dining events by executing the following responsibilities:

- Adhere to departmental guidelines regarding service standards, cash handling, and safety protocols.
To thrive in this position, candidates should demonstrate:
- Ability to make informed decisions based on personal judgment and company policies.
- Capability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays as required.
- Minimum age of 18 and possession of a valid Florida State Driver's License for operating company vehicles.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of work eligibility in the United States.
