Part-Time Disability Support Worker

A disability support worker is required for a part-time opportunity. The successful candidate will provide active support to a resident with complex needs, participating in daily community access and engaging in various activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality direct support to individuals with disabilities, including their individual plans
- Implement development programs and identify learning opportunities for clients
- Assist in delivering programs that facilitate service users' development of social networks and inclusion in community activities
- Certification in Disability or Community Welfare
- Senior First Aid (level 2) Certificate
- Current unrestricted driver's license and ability to drive a 9-seater bus
- NDIS workers screening check
- Commitment to supporting individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals of people with disabilities
