Compliance Excellence Specialist

MAYFLOWER seeks a Part-time Compliance and Risk Business Partner to join its team. This role will be positioned across two locations, working 32 hours per week over four days.

About the Role:

  • Support managers and staff with compliance through expert knowledge in accreditation and risk management processes.
  • Oversee the audit process, using high-level analytical skills to identify trends.
  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans.
  • Review and manage policies and work practices across the organisation.
  • Promote quality outcomes for MAYFLOWER Group in all aspects of care and service delivery.
  • Participate in further developing MAYFWOWER's quality framework.
  • Promote compliance with relevant Acts, legislation, regulations, codes and standards for MAYFWOWER Group.
  • Identify opportunities to initiate innovative projects and programs for best practice in resident care and seniors living outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Continuous Improvement or Compliance roles in aged care.
  • A current driver's license.
  • NDIS worker screening check or ability to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement principles.
  • Understanding of aged care quality standards and experience with accreditation.
