As a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker with One Power, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to young people in residential settings.
We are seeking experienced professionals who share our commitment to delivering recovery-oriented services that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a trauma-informed approach, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care and support to young people in residential care homes
- Working closely with the Residential team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Engaging families and promoting connections to community resources
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or higher
- A valid driver's licence with no restrictions
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card P)
