  • Providing direct care and support to young people in residential care homes
  • Working closely with the Residential team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Engaging families and promoting connections to community resources

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or higher
  • A valid driver's licence with no restrictions
  • Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card P)
