Job Opportunity

Deliver exceptional support to the hospitality function in a care environment.

  • Maintain mandated health and safety standards, quality control and hygiene protocols
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting are completed
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests with empathy and efficiency
  • Laundry responsibilities: loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen
  • Catering / food services duties: assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas and performing dishwashing tasks
  • General cleaning duties: mopping, vacuuming and waste collection in resident rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in cleaning or catering is beneficial but not essential
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts throughout the week
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety practices and ability to work independently
