Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Traffic Product Category Director to drive strategic growth, manage supplier relationships, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for traffic-related products to achieve category and company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, grow, develop, and lead a high-performing team responsible for the Traffic category.
  • Sales Performance: Oversee the overall sales of the category, including pipeline/deals management, margin expansion, and driving regional/product growth.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and BDMs on product knowledge and category insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the traffic category.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize pricing and product offerings.
  • Inventory and Demand Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure a consistent supply of products.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine category strategies and maximize profitability.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
