Based on industry standards and local market conditions, the estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $95,000 - $110,000.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Drive company safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with OH&S legislative requirements.">
  • Tender subcontract packages, including compiling and approving tender documents, issuing documents, receiving tenders, comparing tenders, and submitting recommendations for approval.">
  • Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.">
  • Assist with administering subcontract packages, including progress claims, variation claims, and other project-related financial matters, in association with the Project Manager.">
  • Contribute to monthly consolidated reporting on cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters, and cost analysis.">
  • Establish effective site or office-based systems for project administration, aligned with company procedures and guidelines.">

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.">
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.">
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, influence, and build relationships within the business.">
  • Sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate autonomously using initiative.">
  • Ability to adapt to shifting work priorities and deliver results.">
