Job Title: Concrete Production Associate

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our production team as a Concrete Production Associate. This role will involve working on a casual basis, commencing work at our concrete manufacturing facility.

Key Aspects:

The successful applicant will work a 4-day week (Monday - Thursday) with hours ranging from 5:00am - 3:00pm. Overtime payment will be provided for any additional work required on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing concrete moulds involves stripping and assembly of moulds, ensuring accurate preparation for product creation.

Pouring and vibration of concrete is critical in achieving high-quality products.

Removing products from moulds requires attention to detail to prevent damage or defects.

Cleanliness and maintenance of production equipment is essential to maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Basic quality checks are performed regularly to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

The use of hand and power tools is an integral part of this role, requiring precision and control.

Assisting in stocktake activities is necessary for inventory management and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must have experience working as a labourer or with concrete, showcasing their ability to adapt to changing environments.
