About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Practice Development Specialist to oversee the review, development, and standardisation of Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) for St John WA. This is a permanent full-time position based in our Belmont Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and synthesise research to inform and deliver best practice guidelines and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, clinical leads, and safety and quality practitioners to ensure robust and contemporary CPGs.
  • Conduct quality improvement and assurance activities related to clinical practice guidelines.
  • Act as a key reference point for clinical information, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure CPGs meet organisational needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs for staff on new guidelines, ensuring effective implementation across the organisation.
  • Ensure all guidelines meet document control, review requirements, and publication approval processes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Paramedicine with current AHPRA Registration or similar experience in a clinical setting (out of hospital setting highly desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Content Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Understanding of content design principles and experience developing digital content (desirable).
  • Experience in change management & producing audio/visual content for publication/distribution (desirable).
