Clean and maintain guest rooms to provide a comfortable stay experience.

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Hospitality Services Attendants. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and replenishing guest rooms
  • Maintaining guest room pantries and equipment
  • Assisting guests with their requests

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have a friendly attitude, positive involvement with guests, and good interaction with the hotel team. Availability to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday from 9am to 2pm is required.

A minimum of 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster is necessary. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing
  • Take pride in customer service
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days
  • Possess strong organisation and time management skills
  • Be a team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
  • Demonstrate honesty and reliability
  • Take pride in your work
  • Be respectful and take accountability for yourself and your work
