About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to assess damage to insured properties, provide accurate assessment reports, and support claim resolution strategies. As a Claims Adjuster with Maas Group, you will work closely with stakeholders to communicate clear advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Damage Assessment: Evaluate property loss or damage, determine policy coverage, and identify necessary repairs.
• Communication: Provide clear and accurate advice to stakeholders, ensuring seamless claim resolution.
• Claim Fulfilment: Determine suitable claim fulfilment methods, balancing customer needs and expectations.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer requests, addressing their queries and concerns.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: Ideally, 2+ years of experience in the Building and Construction Industry, with a focus on claims assessment and management.
• Travel and Remote Work: Willingness to travel and spend extended periods working out of the office, as required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology and systems to execute role efficiently, including data analysis and reporting.
• WHS Knowledge: Strong understanding of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.
