We are seeking an experienced Plastics Fabricator to join our dynamic team at Consolidated Plastics in Mackay, QLD.
This is a permanent full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, 7am-3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a range of fabrication equipment, including saws, routers, heat guns, and extrusion welders.
- Produce high-quality plastic components and products on schedule.
- Employ various fabrication techniques, such as cutting, bending, and welding.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, process times, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Proven experience as a Plastics Fabricator or in a similar role, with confidence in operating fabrication equipment and tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
