Strikeforce AMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Activator to join our dedicated Mars Wrigley team. As a Brand Activator, you will be responsible for promoting the Mars Wrigley brand in major retail outlets across Melbourne's western suburbs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, product positioning, and ticketing to meet client expectations.
  • Planograms and Relays: Execute and maintain planograms and relays to ensure compliance and maximize sales.
  • Task Execution: Build displays, erect point-of-sale materials, and manage stock levels to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to negotiate off-location opportunities and promote the Mars Wrigley brand.
  • Communication and Reporting: Accurately report sales data and communicate upcoming promotional activities to store personnel.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years old and have full Australian working rights.
  • Reside in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
  • Hold a current State Driver's License and own a reliable, roadworthy vehicle.
  • Be physically fit to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and carrying stock (up to 16 kg).
