Job Description:
The Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in acquiring new talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, optimizing resource allocation across various projects to ensure efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plans
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Resource Management:
The Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager also oversees the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiency. This includes maintaining a comprehensive resource database, tracking resource availability and utilization, collaborating with project managers, and providing regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in IT
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 5+ Years of experience
