En Mercure, estamos buscando a un Chef de Partie altamente calificado y talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina innovadora. En este rol, reportarás directamente al Jefe de Cocina y trabajarás principalmente en nuestro espacio de conferencias y eventos.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Asistir al Jefe de Cocina en la preparación de menús y asegurarse de que se tengan disponibles los suministros necesarios para el servicio esperado.
  • Planificar, preparar y ejecutar ofertas de alta calidad de comida para conferencias y eventos variados.
  • Supervisar la cocina en ausencia del Jefe o Sous Chef.
  • Mantener estándares de presentación excelentes y control de costos para todos los establecimientos de comida y bebida, mientras se mantienen los estándares de receta.
  • Asegurarse de la rotación estricta de inventario y la mínima pérdida. Implementar y mantener procedimientos de control de inventario.
  • Mantener limpias y ordenadas todas las áreas de trabajo y asegurarse de que todos los equipos estén mantenidos, servicios y limpios según los estándares de Salud y Seguridad.

Requisitos del candidato:

  • Experiencia previa en un rol similar.
  • Calificación profesional.
  • Experiencia en conferencias y eventos hasta 100 pax.
  • Excelentes conocimientos técnicos con experiencia en todas las técnicas de cocción y estilos.
  • Experiencia en liderar personal durante el servicio.
  • Habilidades de comunicación avanzadas.
  • Comprensión de estándares de seguridad alimentaria y HACCP.
  • Experiencia en la entrega de conferencias y eventos.
