Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our organisation in the travel and tourism industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales initiatives, expanding regional reach, and delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence direct business behaviour through promoting supplier engagement, campaign alignment, and revenue generation.
  • Utilise industry insight, product expertise, and relationships to expand regional reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver targeted coaching, operational support and performance evaluations to expand capability and profitability.
  • Improve business performance through targeted planning, KPI tracking, and operational enhancements.
  • Promote effective use of digital platforms, providing strategies to support and drive productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years in revenue strategy or sales optimisation positions, supported by a well-established network of travel industry connections.
  • Proven experience working across multiple locations, adapting sales and business plans based on market conditions.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to influence, coach, and drive commercial ideas that deliver a measurable impact across our travel portfolio.
  • Digitally confident, with experience supporting the usage of digital platforms or tools.
  • Ability to utilise data-driven insights to guide partner strategy, improve operational outcomes and elevate overall network performance.
