As a Senior Consultant, you will lead on-site teams across multiple sites, providing support and coaching to client leaders and managers to ensure consistency and embedded improvements.

We are looking for a skilled leader with strong logical reasoning and prioritization abilities. You should have a proven background in generalist consulting and experience in delivering results-based engagements with lasting impact. A genuine passion for sustainable results is essential.

You will be responsible for maintaining a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with senior executives and operational management to drive tangible outcomes. This role requires ongoing travel to client sites and offers opportunities to develop your influencing and coaching skills.
