- Provide strategic direction, academic expertise, and operational leadership
- Drive high-quality education and research initiatives
- Cultivate a thriving organisational culture that values teamwork and individual growth
- Lead meaningful and enduring partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative work environment where individuals are supported to grow and succeed together
- Shape an innovative and sustainable future for the School of Creative Arts
- Develop and implement curriculum design and teaching quality assurance strategies
- Leverage partnerships to enhance the School's profile and impact
Requirements:
- Qualifications and experience commensurate with the senior academic level in one of the disciplines offered by the School
- A strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching quality assurance, and student experience enhancement
- Experience in leadership of practice-led research, including collaboration and research quality maintenance
- Sound financial management capabilities, including budget development and forecasting
- A strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to higher education and research
