  • Provide strategic direction, academic expertise, and operational leadership
  • Drive high-quality education and research initiatives

  • Lead meaningful and enduring partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a collaborative work environment where individuals are supported to grow and succeed together
  2. Shape an innovative and sustainable future for the School of Creative Arts
  3. Develop and implement curriculum design and teaching quality assurance strategies
  4. Leverage partnerships to enhance the School's profile and impact

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and experience commensurate with the senior academic level in one of the disciplines offered by the School
  • A strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching quality assurance, and student experience enhancement
  • Experience in leadership of practice-led research, including collaboration and research quality maintenance
  • Sound financial management capabilities, including budget development and forecasting
  • A strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to higher education and research
