About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Jobfit Health Group. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical assessments and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and provide expert advice to clients
  • Develop and implement tailored nurse training programs for our staff
  • Collaborate with our Senior Nurse Leaders to ensure consistent and quality medical assessments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and cultural sensitivity to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational health
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualifications in nursing
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience or accreditation in spirometry, audiometry, or drug and alcohol testing (highly regarded)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to best practice, ethical behavior, and conduct
  • Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
