Junior Front Of House Wait Staff Job

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to join a dynamic team in a new bakery? We are seeking a Junior Front of House Wait Staff member to join our team.

As a Junior Front of House Wait Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Manage cash handling and operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the store and its products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in hospitality or related field an asset
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
