Job Opportunity

The role of a clinical pharmacist is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing clinical practice. This encompasses providing guidance to pharmacists, technicians, interns, and students, as well as collaborating with key staff members across the organization.

  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services and patient care.
  • Contribute to the advancement of clinical practice and patient care activities.
  • Provide guidance for pharmacists, technicians, interns, and students.
  • Collaborate with key staff across the organization.
  • Contribute to on-call, after-hours, and weekend services.

As a member of our dynamic and supportive pharmacy team, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and medicines management. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve patient-focused KPIs and promote the quality use of medicines by contributing to quality and safety research projects.

  • Registered as a pharmacist with the relevant authority.
  • Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable.
  • Completed or working towards a residency program or can demonstrate competence in hospital pharmacy rotations.
