Job Specifications

We are seeking a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join our team in Rockhampton.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating and acting upon opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our vehicle presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via internal systems.
  • Opening and closing rental agreements.
  • Selling additional over the counter rental products.
  • Managing reservations and organising fleet.
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer.
  • Inspecting and recording vehicle damage.
  • Deliivering vehicles between sites.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work during trading hours including holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience.
  • An enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic.
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
  • A current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
