Your Role:

We are seeking Multiskilled Carers to join our team at Juniper Korumup, a beautifully designed home offering a light-filled environment with modern amenities and communal spaces.

In this rewarding role, you will partner with our residents to meet their daily living, social, and emotional needs, delivering person-centered care that enhances their quality of life.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible shift options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with hygiene needs, including bathing, dental hygiene, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support residents in maintaining or restoring their independence by assisting with activities of interest and mobility aids as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, reporting relevant information to Nursing, Allied Health, and Management as required.
• Maintain effective workplace communication, demonstrating respect, openness to change, and kindness.
• Assist with medication administration in accordance with Juniper policies.

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent) – essential
• Minimum 12 months' experience as a carer in an aged care or acute healthcare setting
• Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals, service providers, and case managers
• Ability to interpret individual care plans and provide care tailored to individual goals
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
