We are seeking a highly skilled Small Business Finance Specialist to join our team. As a Small Business Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of small business customers.
About the RoleOur ideal candidate will have expert understanding of lending and cash flow concepts to make tailored recommendations to address the customer's needs. Successful candidates will complete a Commercial Banking induction to get up to speed.
This is a great opportunity for people with a passion for helping customers and an understanding of the fundamentals of lending. The role leads to many career pathways within commercial banking and across the rest of our organisation.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in credit assessment and management, has knowledge of small business operations, transaction banking and working capital solutions, and has strong internal network skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for autonomously tracking, managing and actioning a wide variety of tasks simultaneously, providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of small business customers, and meeting assigned performance targets through needs-based conversations and cross-selling.
