Role Description

As a seasoned asset expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the valuation of industrial assets across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough valuations of industrial assets, including mining, transport, construction, and plant equipment
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Providing clear and effective communication to stakeholders regarding valuation results and recommendations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications:
  • A completed accredited ASA course in Valuations or AVAA accreditation
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of industrial assets and market trends
  • Proven research skills and ability to access various market information
