Urgent Care Nursing Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions.
- Perform routine and emergency procedures, such as wound care, IV insertion, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Manage patient documentation and ensure accurate and timely entry into electronic health records.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with clinical protocols and infection control practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted nursing license.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in urgent care, emergency care, or similar setting.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
- Personal Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations with professionalism.
