About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Accounts Person to join our team. This role combines the art of customer satisfaction with the science of financial oversight, ensuring our customers' experiences are seamless from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Interact warmly and professionally with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Accounts Management: Handle financial transactions, including billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence to support smooth operations.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with event planning.
Requirements
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for hospitality and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and basic accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
