Job Description

As a preschool lead, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional care and guidance to preschool-aged children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and ensure the health and safety of children.
  • Oversee room documentation, including program planning and journals.
  • Develop and implement educational programs promoting children's development.
  • Liaise with parents and the local community.

Requirements:

  • A passion for early childhood education.
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education with 4+ years of experience.
  • Prior Room Leader/2IC experience.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • A comprehensive understanding of EYLF and NQS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Mature, well-presented, nurturing, and patient.
  • Passionate about young children from all backgrounds.
  • Strong time management skills and a strong work ethic.
