The Opportunity

We have permanent full-time positions available in our field crews, offering a rewarding remuneration package and regular overtime. As a labourer, you'll be responsible for general labouring, operating state-of-the-art plant and equipment, and assisting with civil construction tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • General labouring, including site preparation and onsite support
  • Operating state-of-the-art plant and equipment in pipeline renewal, including cleaning and assessments, pipe lining, junction cut and seal, and flow management
  • Assisting with civil construction tasks, including manhole and pit alteration with rehabilitation

You'll bring:

  • A valid driver's licence
  • An OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • The ability to work on sites across Regional Victoria
  • A good work ethic and positive work attitude
  • A strong focus on safety
  • HR or MR licence, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights licences are desirable but not essential

To ensure you're fully fit to join our team, you'll need to pass our pre-employment medical, which includes a drug and alcohol test. Please be aware that these roles may require you to enter confined spaces, and successful candidates will be provided with certified confined spaces training if required.
