Job Description

Lead and Inspire as a Centre Leader

As a Centre Leader, you'll bring energy, passion, and leadership to guide an amazing team, support innovative ideas, and create a space where children, families, and educators feel at home.

We're looking for someone who will help deliver exceptional outcomes, foster strong relationships, and make a lasting impact on the children and teams in your centre.

Opportunities
  • Support the centre to build an empowered, motivated, and high-performing team
  • Help run the centre like it's your own, with the support of a leadership network when needed
  • Ensure families feel informed, supported, and delighted by the education and care provided
  • Contribute to an outstanding culture of quality, safety, and innovation
  • Play a key role in business performance, helping invest in more high-quality education for children
Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of a passionate team delivering best-practice early childhood programs
  • Develop your leadership skills through mentoring, coaching, workshops, and career growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with educators to share and implement innovative approaches to learning through exploration, discovery, and play
  • Contribute to decisions about resourcing, the educational environment, and the ongoing success of the centre
  • Participate in professional development programs, including paid study and flexible hours
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (completed or in progress)
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role in a long day-care centre
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with practical implementation experience
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a valid Working With Children Check
