Digital Media Specialist

The Senior Media Strategist is responsible for leading the performance media team to build, optimize and drive the success of digital media campaigns. This role involves utilizing innovative media buying techniques to effectively promote artists and drive eCommerce performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead by example with hands-on platform execution, setting up, optimizing and troubleshooting campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support labels in planning biddable media campaigns across various media including display, video, search and social.
- Manage media budgets, draft and revise media schedules along with accompanying rationale.
- Expert level proficiency in Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, with a demonstrable history of optimizing campaign structures to deliver on KPIs.
- Strong expertise in event tracking, server-side tagging and attribution to ensure accurate measurement.
- Media agency experience preferred.
