Facility Maintenance Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain the high-standard cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing and warehouse facility.

This is a hands-on role where your work has a direct impact on our operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of large warehouse floors, manufacturing areas, machinery peripherals, and industrial amenities.
  • Ensure all spaces are sanitized and presentable to meet strict industry and safety standards.
  • Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures with precision to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team to get the job done right.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to the Fairfield East location for every scheduled shift.
  • A strong work ethic and unwavering reliability.
  • Availability to work consistently during the afternoon/evening shift (11:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Mon-Fri).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to high-quality results.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Bonus: Experience in commercial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning preferred but not essential.
