About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Research & Evaluation to lead our Research and Development team in Central Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-quality monitoring, evaluation, and research, with a focus on empowering First Nations staff and families in data, evaluation, and research ownership and sovereignty.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or qualification, or equivalent professional experience, in monitoring and evaluation, along with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing evaluation and research approaches within a community context. Strong skills in MS Office suite, including Excel and Access, are also essential.
