Job Description

The successful candidate will administer and control multiple projects as a Site Manager in our New Building Solution team in Canberra. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools on site
  • Effective communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process
  • Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety-focused culture and ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines
  • Leading a team to exceed customer expectations and driving key projects for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years construction experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects at a site level (desired)
  • Construction qualification or relevant trade required
  • Lift industry experience (highly desired)
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
  • High attention to detail and adaptability
