Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity consisting of 37.5 hours per week, scheduled on a rotational roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to members, understanding their individual needs and recommending products that best suit their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with queries, changes or support they may need.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, able to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • A natural problem solver, able to think critically and find suitable solutions.
