The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Genesis Fitness. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group fitness classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for our members
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of group exercise programming and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in group exercise instruction (e.g. Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module)
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check and Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
  • Relevant program certification (e.g. Yoga, Barre, Zumba, Pilates)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
