Delivering Compassionate Care

We are seeking experienced carers to join our team at a leading aged care provider.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for serving elderly people, with the ability to provide personal care, domestic assistance and engage with residents in their daily activities.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Registered Nurses and Managers to provide high-quality care to our residents living with dementia. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care, including showering, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Engaging with residents, ensuring they participate in activities of their choice.
  • Recognising and reporting changes in residents' conditions within your skills and competencies.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Essential experience working with older adults or individuals with dementia.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Capacity to work independently and show initiative while valuing teamwork.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting people with dementia and their needs.
