About the Role:

As a seasoned Project Engineer or Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Civil Construction projects across the North Brisbane Region. With a strong support system from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects and coordinate multiple projects across Subdivisions, Community Projects, Infrastructure, and Roadworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
Manage and maintain client and consultant relationships.
Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors to achieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
Monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
Address and resolve performance issues.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a minimum of 4 years' experience in Civil Construction. Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded. You should have stakeholder and client engagement experience, proven ability to plan, organise, and problem-solve, and exceptional people management abilities.
