About the Role

This seasonal opportunity brings energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest time of year as a Curated Experience Leader in Brisbane CBD. You will be part of a fast-paced team environment where you can help customers find their perfect kicks, unpack stock, or pack online orders every shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable by providing exceptional customer service
  • Support your team to drive sales and performance goals through collaboration and teamwork
  • Ensure stock is moving – receive, restock, and maintain well-stocked shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a visually appealing store at all times
  • Bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset every shift
What We're Looking For
  • Availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not essential
  • A passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and a goal-driven attitude
