Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Venue Manager - Multi Site.

This is a key position within our management team, responsible for overseeing multiple venues and driving business success.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that boost venue performance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Identify operational improvements across all venues and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
  • Evaluate full compliance with licensing obligations and associated industry legislation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in senior food and beverage management, including gaming. A current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation are essential.

Proven experience in growing and developing gaming and hospitality venues to their full potential, as well as generating revenue-building ideas, is highly valued.

Strong staff management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, are required.

A tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management would be beneficial.
