Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform basic sterilization and dental assisting tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic sterilization and dental assisting experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
