Troocoo is proud to partner with a dynamic client in the heart of Brisbane, seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join their finance team on a part-time basis. This temporary role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual experienced in high-volume invoice processing and adept in supplier communication.

About the Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient payables management in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing a substantial volume of invoices, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and making it an ideal position for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process high volumes of invoices with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage Accounts Payable email accounts, providing timely and effective responses to supplier inquiries.
  • Coordinate payment batches and ensure compliance with approval workflows.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and manage employee expense claims.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable, with expertise in managing large volumes of invoices.
  • Proficiency in using large ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
